Services provided by KA Defense Services, LLC are advisory and consulting in nature, informed by direct operational experience in industrial security and applicable government laws, regulations, and directives. All services are based on the knowledge, experience, and best practices of our personnel and are intended to support your organization's security program.

II - NO GUARANTEE OF OUTCOMES
KA Defense Services, LLC does not guarantee specific inspection outcomes, regulatory approvals, accreditation decisions, contract awards, or compliance status determinations. Security program results depend on many factors outside our control, including client implementation, government discretion, and regulatory changes.

III - CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients remain solely responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of their own security programs. This includes adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, government directives, contractual obligations, and program-specific security requirements. 

KA Defense Services, LLC serves in a supporting and advisory capacity only. Final decisions and accountability for your program remain with your organization and its designated security personnel.

IV - NOT LEGAL OR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT ADVICE
Nothing provided by KA Defense Services, LLC constitutes legal advice, engineering advice, official government guidance, or direction from any accreditation authority. Clients with legal questions should consult a licensed attorney. Clients seeking official compliance determinations should contact the appropriate government security authority.

V - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KA Defense Services, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to failed inspections, lost contracts, regulatory actions, or business losses. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to KA Defense Services, LLC for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

KA Defense Services, LLC treats all client information with professional discretion. Information shared in the course of an engagement will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform agreed services.
